•项目介绍:位于米兰布洛奇街的新小学是为鼓励孩童以及邻近不同社区之间的相处而设计的一个亲切及多功能空间。此绿色项目整合了各种娱乐活动:教识花园,冬季花园及音乐公园,促进跨学科活动。此外,还有休闲和体育活动的空间,由于其特殊及开放性构造,该建筑提供时间的多样化供客户访问及使用。The new Elementary School in Via Brocchi in Milan was designed to become a welcoming and multi-purpose space, encouraging the encounter between children but also between the different communities present in the neighbourhood. The green project integrates recreational activities, educational gardens, a winter garden and a musical park, promoting interdisciplinary activities. There are also spaces for leisure and sporting activities that are available to the community even outside school hours, given that, thanks to its conformation, the building allows diversified accesses and uses by user group and time.

学校诞生于三个分量的整合。第一个是主办教学课堂,第二个主持礼堂,最低的主办图书馆和食堂。它们通过一个大的中庭/集市连接起来,成为它的核心,聚集和社交的地方。大型花园露台代表了联合的另一个元素,周围的绿地和学校建筑群之间的连续性,联合和社会交流的场所,即使在教学期间也有经验的空间,这有助于融入自然。

The outdoor spaces are characterized by play areas differentiated by age groups and by areas to be used for outdoor play activities. The green, at the edge of the intervention area, establishes a relationship of mediation with the landscape, both in the distance vision and in the close view. The green belt in addition to establishing a relationship with the outside, also acts as a barrier, through the presence of tall trees. The terrace, conceived as a living space, as a place for meeting and social sharing, is a real extension of the green that rises through a large ramp and leads to the altitude of the first floor. The most interesting external characteristic, both from a technical and aesthetic point of view, is the use of green not only as a decorative element but also as a bioclimatic and energy regulation tool.Our link: https://atiproject.com/architecture/#2789
