I learned ArchiCAD by watching this video DVD 6 years ago, very helpful! I just met Laz, the author a couple of weeks ago and asked him if he's going to make a new version on AC16. He said he'd like to, but too busy working as sales manager of graphisoft Australia in Melbourne, and working on another app on ipad. He's still an archicad legend. Even the old version will help you understand all the essentials of ArchiCAD. Plus another big resource is youtube, plenty video tuts.
